Dr. Minium, Dr. Kearns and Dr. Lamb are all board certified orthodontists and limit their practice of dentistry just to the specialty of orthodontics.

Minium.jpgMark M. Minium, D.D.S.

Dr. Minium has been setting the highest standards in orthodontics since 1982. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Dickinson College and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland Dental School, where he also completed the Orthodontic Residency Program.

A Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics, Dr. Minium belongs to many professional organizations including the American Association of Orthodontists, the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Harrisburg Area Dental Society and the American Board of Orthodontics. He has also been published in the American Journal of Orthodontics, has currently submitted four orthodontic patents and is an Invisalign Premier Provider.

Outside of the office, Dr. Minium enjoys giving back to the community by volunteering with the American Cancer Society. In his additional spare time, he enjoys hunting, fishing and running.

Kearns.jpgMark J. Kearns, D.D.S., M.S.

Dr. Kearns has been practicing orthodontics since 1995. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Juniata College, and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Maryland Dental School, where he graduated magna cum laude. In addition, he completed advanced studies from the University of Maryland, earning a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology and a Certificate in Orthodontics.

An esteemed member of the dental and orthodontic community, Dr. Kearns is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists and is an Invisalign Premier Provider. He maintains memberships in the American Dental Association, the Pennsylvania Dental Association, the Harrisburg Area Dental Society, the American Association of Orthodontists and the Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontics. He is also a Board Member of the University of Maryland Orthodontic Alumni Association.

Dr. Kearns is a two-time volunteer with the Operation Smile Medical Mission and has also volunteered with the Dominican Dental Mission. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Deborah, and their two children, Courtney and Kyle. He also enjoys sports photography, cycling, playing ice hockey, boating and hunting.

Lamb.jpgTaylor J. Lamb, D.M.D., M.S.

Dr. Lamb grew up in Hampden Township and is a Cumberland Valley High School graduate.

A math major at Bryn Mawr College, she earned her Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude. She then graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Kornberg School of Dentistry at Temple University, where she was inducted into the honorary dental society OKU.  Dr. Lamb completed her Certificate in Orthodontics and Master of Science degree in oral biology at the University at Buffalo.

She currently maintains memberships in the American Association of Orthodontists, the American Dental Association and the Pennsylvania Dental Association, and the Harrisburg Area Dental Society.   Dr. Lamb is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontists.

In her spare time, Dr. Lamb enjoys baking, volleyball and badminton.  Dr. Lamb and her husband John are excited about their growing family with the recent birth of their daughter Talulla.

Lauren M. Wegrzyniak, D.M.D., M.B.A.

After graduating from Cedar Cliff High School, Dr. Wegrzyniak attended Millersville University of Pennsylvania, graduating summa cum laude from the Honors College with Departmental Honors and a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. Ultimately in pursuit of a career in Orthodontics, she attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine. After achieving her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with Honors in Community Service and Clinical Honors, she continued her education to specialize and earn her certificate in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics and Master of Business Administration degree at Roseman University of Health Sciences in Henderson, Nevada.

She is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Pennsylvania Dental Association, Pennsylvania Fifth District Dental Society, and the Harrisburg Area Dental Society. Dr. Wegrzyniak enjoys running, playing volleyball, traveling, and baking, as well as spending time with her family and friends. She is also passionate about rescuing animals and enjoys relaxing with her pets. She is very excited to return home to Central Pennsylvania and join MKL Orthodontists in creating beautiful, healthy smiles for you and your family.
